Terms & Condition of Purchasing "Clean Textured Upstyling 101"

These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Hair Boss University and Cara Clyne("Website Operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.hairbossuniversity.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

About the Product & Payment

  • All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication belongs to Cara Clyne and Hair Boss University. By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of Hair Boss University cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from Cara Clyne.

  • We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. 

  • You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Services, and that Hair Boss University may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account.
  • You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Hair Boss University with a valid payment method for payment of all fees. 
  • You will have ongoing access to "Clean Textured Upstyling 101" for the duration of the lifetime of the course. You do not have lifetime access to the course 
  • We may change the content of "Clean Textured Upstyling 101" , which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Strict No Refund Policy 

All sales are final. Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase. We have no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following: 
a. You have changed our mind about the product;
b. You bought an item by mistake;
c. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product;
d. You ask for goodwill; or 
e. You can no longer access the item because it has been removed

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
